தெலுங்கர்களை அவதூறு பேசியே வழக்கு ; நடிகை கஸ்தூரி ஜாமின் மனு நாளை விசாரணைக்கு வருகிறது

சென்னை: தெலுங்கு மக்களை அவதூறாக பேசிய வழக்கில் நடிகை கஸ்தூரி முன்ஜாமீன் கோரி உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரைக்கிளையில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார்.

இந்த மனு நாளை விசாரணைக்கு வருகிறது. கடந்த 3ம் தேதி சென்னை எழும்பூர் ராஜரத்தினம் ஸ்டேடியம் அருகே, பிராமணர்களின் பாதுகாப்பை உறுதி செய்ய தனி சட்டம் இயற்ற கோரி, அர்ஜூன் சம்பத் தலைமையில், ‘இந்து மக்கள் கட்சி’ சார்பில் ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் நடந்தது.

இதில் நடிகை கஸ்தூரி (50) தெலுங்கு பேசுபவர்கள் குறித்து சர்ச்சைக்குரிய கருத்தை தெரிவித்தார். இதனிடையே, ‘தெலுங்கு பேசும் மக்களை இழிவுபடுத்திய கஸ்தூரி மீது சட்டப்படி நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்’ என, சென்னை மற்றும் மதுரை போலீஸ் கமிஷனர் அலுவலகத்தில், தெலுங்கு அமைப்பினர் புகார் மனு அளித்தனர். கஸ்தூரி மீது சென்னை, எழும்பூர், மதுரை திருநகர் காவல் நிலையங்களில் வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இன்று (நவ. 11) நடிகை கஸ்தூரி மதுரைக்கிளை கோர்ட்டில் ஜாமீன் கோரி மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார்.

இந்த மனு நீதிபதி ஆனந்த் வெங்கடேஷ் முன் நாளை விசாரணைக்கு வருகிறது. ‘தெலுங்கு மக்களை புண்படுத்துவது எனது நோக்கமல்ல. எனது பேச்சை வாபஸ் பெறுகிறேன்’ என கஸ்தூரி மன்னிப்பு கேட்டது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

Chennai: Actress Kasthuri filed a petition in Maduraiklai High Court seeking anticipatory bail in the case of defaming Telugu people.
The petition is coming up for hearing tomorrow. On the 3rd, a demonstration was held on behalf of the ‘Hindu People’s Party’ led by Arjun Sampath, near the Rajaratnam Stadium in Egmore, Chennai, demanding a separate law to ensure the safety of Brahmins.

In this, actress Kasthuri (50) made a controversial comment about Telugu speakers. Meanwhile, Telugu organizations filed a complaint in the Chennai and Madurai Police Commissioner’s office, saying, ‘Legal action should be taken against Kasthuri, who insulted the Telugu speaking people’. A case has been registered against Kasturi in Chennai, Egmore and Madurai Thirunagar police stations. Today (Nov. 11), actress Kasthuri Maduraiklai filed a bail plea in the court.

The petition is coming up for hearing tomorrow before Justice Anand Venkatesh. ‘It is not my intention to offend Telugu people. It is noteworthy that Kasthuri apologized saying, ‘I withdraw my speech’.
